Neil Kelly

Neil Kelly is a lawyer by profession but with a deep passion for music and opera.

Neil was described in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession (2015) as ‘an outstanding advocate of construction and contract law’. He has over thirty years experience and has been Head of the Construction Group at MacRoberts since 2003 and was Chairman of the firm between 2011 and 2014.

Neil is an Honorary Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) in 2012. Neil is Convener of the Adjudication Society, Scottish Region, and is also a past Chair of the Voices Festival held annually in St Andrews.
