One of the great things about being a string orchestra is how portable we are! It means we can easily get out and about across the country and perform in all kinds of spaces. Performing outside of the large cities in Scotland has always been an important part of our year – plus it’s a great way to experience some of the beautiful countryside that Scotland has to offer!

Of course, when you’re performing in small venues or community halls, you’ve got to be prepared for the unexpected, as Di, our bassist tells us
