We’re looking to work with an agency or individual in the coming months to redesign our current site as it does not currently showcase our brand and our work to their full extent.
Within the classical music industry, SE is known as an innovator; our website should reflect this reputation. We would like to undertake a website development project to update the underlying structural issues that exist, create a strong content plan, integrate consistent branding and build more dynamic and engaging templates.
The CMS for the current site is WordPress which we are happy to stay with and the site is running the latest version. It uses a custom built theme, based on the Bones Dev theme – and has had a later addition of WP Bakery Page Builder which is integrated on just some pages of the site.
We estimate a project timescale of around 16 weeks to allow for the thinking, planning and implementation processes and we would be ready to begin that part of the process in April 2021. We would be happy to be flexible around this and can discuss this further with the successful agency/individual. It may be that you feel that the work could be done in stages, or in more/less time.
Criteria for selection:
-Understanding our brand and the needs of our organisation
-The efficiency of the process suggested to refine the site
-Suitability of specific design/structural suggestions made to improve the site
-Expertise in the arts and culture sector
-Budget breakdown and value (maximum of £8,000)
The closing date for submissions is Tuesday 2 March. If you would like to receive the full brief for this project or ask any questions, then please contact Alison Lewis, our Marketing and Communications Manager.
