Ensemble Resonanz presents:

urban string

//late-night happening//
//straight from a Hamburg bunker//
//electronic-classical sound-art clash//

The Bridge Festival continues. Following our Prelude at SWG3, let us slide together, deeper, into the dark of the night as we unite the velvet shriek of live strings with crafted sets of electronic music.

Nestled under trains and motorways in the cosy squeeze of The Poetry Club, Ensemble Resonanz transports its award-winning club night — and five of its top musicians — from their own club in a Hamburg bunker to late-night Glasgow: an evening of unadulterated entertainment slipping between stroboscope-lit chamber music by Alexander Schubert, a hammering string quartet by Bryce Dessner and experimental rhythmic gloom from Glasgow DJ Sue Zuki.
