RCS Week is a key fixture in Scottish Ensemble’s annual creative learning programme. Across five intensive days, we prepare a group of string musicians at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland for a public concert. From the audition process to playing without a conductor, the week is designed to provide insight into all elements of life as a professional musician.
On the final day, we’ll perform a public concert as part of the RCS’ Fridays At One series, this year featuring Britten’s Les Illuminations and Schoenberg’s Verklärte Nacht, side-by-side with RCS students.
This event will go on sale mid-November 2018.
